Jack “Freckles” Anderson is Past-President of SECA, COAI, WCA, ISCA… who doesn’t know Jack? If you don’t you will have the opportunity to meet him and share his infectious love of clowning. Jack started clowning in the late 1960s and has been going strong ever since. He hails from Jacksonville, FL where he and his wife, Andy, run a large clown and costume shop.
